Bizzy Diet Review

So I finally finished with the 21 day Bizzy Diet Program by Cory Gregory of Muscle Pharm. 
I found this program on bodybuilding.com, link is posted down below. This was probably the first program which I properly followed and got through.
Firstly, Bizzy Diet is not a diet plan, Its a workout program. Although if you follow the diet as given on their page, you are bound to see some good results. 

Its a program designed specially for the people who are busy, and want to take emergency actions when they are unhappy about the way they look and feel. Also, you cant simply go out there and start with this program. In order to start this program you need to be fairly regular at gym and have been working out since a few months. If you just start this program out of no where, then you might end up having fatigue and muscles soreness.

The Bizzy Diet Fitness Plan is simple yet intense. It has options, but it's strict. It's only 3 weeks, but the changes you can generate will be amazing. You can transform your life in just under a month.

Its a simple plan, but not easy. The training makes your body to change and adapt. These workouts are backed by proper nutrition. Since it is just a 21 day program, forget your cheat meal, at least you should be able to control for 3 weeks.
The training consists of High Intensity Interval Training and two weightlifting circuits (upper and lower body). The 3-week course puts your body in a state of super-confusion: the training feeds off the diet and supplements, and vice versa. You feed your body, burn more calories than you take in, and then refuel. This happens over and over, melting fat the entire time.
I personally started this program because I was stuck with the stubborn lower body fat, which I had been wanting to get rid of since the past few years. And also, since its the end of the year, I suddenly realized my 2012 new year resolution, which was to get fully shredded.
The Bottom line is, Bizzy Diet works if you follow it strictly, and I have benefited greatly from it, as there has been noticeable improvement in my cardio endurance and made by body more functional.
Aesthetically, I have lost another layer of fat from my lower abdominal region and my six pack abs have developed. Its just a matter of time till the lose skin becomes tight and my entire set of abs are visible.
I loved this program and might even continue for a few more weeks or till the time I find a different workout program.

      I did end up loosing around 4 lbs. which is a lot for me. since im only 145 lbs. But it does get you ripped

    4. What KG Weights were you lifing for each of the exercises? I have just started day 1 and i am doing 10kg for most things and 5kg for the 1 arm rows and 1 arm kickbacks!

      Is that the right weights?

    1. Yes! I did actually, but it was just once and it was barely 2 drinks..If you cant see results then its better to stop Alcohol.

  3. How safe is it though? I'm new to the whole supplement area.. I'm a 19 yr female who is healthy.. should I still consult my doctor before using any pills?

  6. Honestly... the results will be more or less the same.. supplements will only make your body recover faster, so you are good to go for the next workout.. i would say, if you could manage to eat right and get your daily nutrition intake right, then no need of supplements.

  7. I see that people are actually still commenting on this so I thought I would chime in. I'm planning on starting this and stick through it for the three weeks. I won't be using the recommended supp/ nutrition plan, but I've calculated the macros. It is basically around 1557 cal, 267 g protein, 30 g fat, 72 g carbs a day.

    The workouts burn around 600 cals per day. I figured this just saying 30 min of eliptical and 35 minutes of weight training per workout on myfitnesspal. It is probably more as it is really a circuit trainer.

    Still, at current stats of 6'0" 215 I'm going to be putting in a serious calorie deficit. I expect to see some strength loss (been gaining on all pro's beginner workout for around 6 months and have started to get to that stalling period where I cant seem to progress and also shed fat any longer) .

    My goal is to shed down to around 200 by the time this is over. I think I can make it.

    1. Hey neither did I use the recommend supplements and nutrition.. but I just kept my nutrition basic. But the trick is to keep yourself active on the rest days, that's when you will be really burning all the calories. There won't be a great amount of strength loss as we would be hitting the weights for the circuit. By the 3rd week you will feel great about yourself and be able to breeze through the workout.. i suggest you try and increase the weights for circuit marginally when this happens. Also good luck, I think you might end up shredding more than 15 lbs ;)

    I forgot to add I currently take a basic supplement stack, and will continue to do so doing the Bizzy plan.

    Current stack:
    ON Optiman (I think that is what it is called) multi 1/ day
    Fish oil, 1 per day
    creatine mono 5 g per day
    b-12 1 pill per day (i dont know the mg)
    a green tea "fat burner," I basically just use this for caffeine energy
    1-2 aspirin per day <--- god's meds
    ON Whey as needed to meet protein goals.

    Actually pretty pumped about this plan.

    1. My stack was more or less the same..i took ON Optimen, ON Flaxseed, a pre workout, and MP Combat Powder for Protein..
      Nothing too fancy but it will get you there

  9. Hey there fitnessgeek! So I actually started this diet/workout plan on Sunday, 11/10/13 and today is Thursday, 11/14/13. I have actually lost 3.2 pounds already. I am sticking through the diet plan all the way through. The supplements are very beneficial

  10. Started day 1 today, surprisingly found it quite intense and leaving a nice pump through my tri/bi's and front of shoulders. I did add cable X overs to the program as I was not feeling any pump in the chest although next round of upper body I will go heavier on the chest. The diet is not the greatest in my opinion so I will not follow but will eat low carb and clean.
    Do you need all the MP products? No,I think there was a bit of a sales opportunity going on there but hey he is the founder of MP so who could blame him really.
    Loved the work out as it was a nice change to regular lifting and looking forward to day 2 lower body.

    1. You are doing it right! If you feel that your chest is not getting enough attention then it's better to improvise.
      As far as diet is concerned, eating clean is all you need. But if you are hitting a plateau as far as results are concerned then it would be recommended to follow a diet.
      And the only MP supplement that I used during this program is Combat Powder.

  11. Starting this Monday. I'm 5'11 and 168 lbs (not sure my BF% but I'm quite a slim guy its just I cant shake off this fat around my chest and stomach). I will be taking multi vitamin, fish and flax oils, caffeine tablets, ON Protein (whey and casein). My diet will mainly consist of;

    Meal 1; Oats, whey protein shake, 2 slices whole meal toast
    Meal 2; Salmon and broccoli
    Meal 3; Chicken and broccoli
    Meal 4; Whey protein shake, 1 banana
    Meal 5; Chicken and broccoli
    Meal 6; Cottage Cheese and Casein protein shake

    I'm doing this program with the hopes of losing as mentioned above the fat around my chest and gut. I was just wondering firstly do you think this is the right program for me and secondly if so will that diet plan be a good substitute to the one he recommends?

    I am planning on bulking in the new year, but the thought of eating a surplus amount of calories and gaining weight right at this moment is frightening as I still have that chubby fatness in my torso.

    1. Firstly, your diet plan and supplements seems like a good nutrition plan. So don't worry about that.
      Secondly, this plan might not be the best for you considering that you are slim. However, if you are looking to get rid of stubborn fat, then this is your best option. Also if you are looking to bulk next year, then this will be a good base to start up. Since you will build endurance and preserve strength.
      I would say go ahead with the plan. The results could be marginal in your case but definitely worth a try. At the end of it, the only thing you will be losing is fat.
